THE BEGINNING
Behind every successful business, is the story of how it came to fruition….. We would like to share ours with you.
In 1992 Brad Delaney and Bill Shriver (B&B) enrolled in Ferris State University’s HVACR program in Big Rapids, MI. As fate would have it, two years later they found themselves hired by the same commercial industrial HVACR contractor in Grand Rapids, MI. As time went by, they found themselves partnered up, working hand in hand to complete large scale installation and service projects.
BUILDING THE BUSINESS
Brad and Bill would work their commercial industrial jobs during the day and pick up extra residential installs on nights and weekends. Due to their commitment to quality and a fair price, their residential work exploded beyond their expectations. At that point they decided it was time to start a business of their own and quit working two jobs as they were both starting families.
GROWTH & EXPANSION
In 2008, B&B built an 8,000 sq. ft. facility in Sparta,Michigan to sustain the growth that was exploding within the business. As time progressed, B&B Heating and Cooling has grown to over 20 employees, with 14 service vehicles on the road today.
But that still didn’t stop them from starting a second company called West Michigan Geothermal. WMG is a sister company to B&B Heating and Cooling that designs, installs, and services all makes and models of Open and Closed LoopGeothermal Systems.
